Plans for almost 600 new apartments in Birmingham city centre have been put forward.
The Brindley Drive development includes two blocks, one 46-storey and one 15-storey, and would replace the council's Paradise Circus Car Park.
The taller building is referred to in proposals as 'the Tower', while the shorter one is named 'the Garden Mansion Block'.
City councillors are due to vote on 27 April.
The Local Democracy Reporting Service said the buildings would also house a lounge, a gym, a co-working space, and three cycle parking areas with 590 spaces.
The project is being led by Birmingham-based developer Court Collaboration and has been designed by architecture practice CallisonRTKL.
